I have read and tried the various links but getting nowhere, being on two different machines and bought at two different times doesn't help I suppose.
Is there an easy way please ? Avasts reputation I believe is being badly affected by this. Being in my 70s doesn't help me in trying to sort this out. Clicking on the link above by Eddy does not seem to give me an option for Cleverbridge and trying to get on to their site it just keeps trying to load unsuccessfully Having three different sites is confusing as my other account is with Nexway. Remove these items by transferring them to cloud storage and/or deleting them from your device.
